Burnt fries, hard biscuit. 8:25 am cajun filet combo order. Not my best bojangles visit. Fries tasted stale, couldn’t even finish them. Biscuit lacked its normal fluffy, buttery texture. I ended up just eating the chicken alone. Drive through cashier was really nice though. Service gets 3 stars because of her. Never had poor service here, but this time food was barely edible.

I waited 32 minutes in the drive through food due to only 3 workers for only 4 sausage and cheese biscuits on a bun with a spicy chicken combo and an unseasoned fry. This is ridiculous. There was a line of four cars behind me. Two of the cars waiting alone with me had to go inside to get our food. After receiving our food, the drinks were forgotten and the seasoned fries was cold. I requested a refund or some type of discount from the manager and his response was that I can give you a large Finch fry. This is unacceptable and if I wasn't delivering the elderly I wouldn't have waited. I demand

I just had the worst Bojangles experience ever. This was my second visit to this location, and both times, I had to wait at the ordering menu for at least a minute—despite there being no one else in line. Then, I waited another 10 minutes for my food. This time, when I finally received my order, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked or fresh. It was lukewarm, soggy, and just plain disturbing. It’s shocking that this place hasn’t been taken over by new management. Absolutely disgusting.

My cuz and I visited Winston-Salem and whenever I can I get Bojangles; so YES I got me some this time. Still so good; we went thru the drive-thru so I don't know what the atmosphere was. The window server had a nasty attitude though. I fell in love with Bojangles when I lived there July 1978-1983. I wish they had one here in Akron, Ohio 🥹🥰🙏🏾💜
