Yesterday I stopped by to grab a coffee and a drink, expecting a quick and pleasant experience but what I witnessed completely ruined it.The girl at the register was new, you could tell. Still, she was kind, polite, and genuinely trying her best. The kind of person you root for immediately. Then another woman stepped in (I believe she was the manager) and everything changed. Her tone was cold, rude, and unnecessarily harsh. The way she spoke wasn’t just unprofessional… it was disrespectful. You could feel the tension instantly. At first, I thought maybe it was just a bad moment directed at me.

I thought this place was closed, bc they're was a tall metal rack in the doorway, and it was Dark. I walked in, 3 workers were sitting at a table. I asked "Are you guys Open?" So 1 guy got up, and said I'll take you down there, end of counter. I stand there, now 2 people sitting at a table doing Nothing. Guy is back in the other end, Starts taking drive up order, now I'm standing there for 4 minutes, I walk down the other end, and another customer walked in, Guy starts his order. I wanted to just leave, but my husband wants a coffee, and I'm not driving all over to find another Dunks. I said

Was charged 3.07 for a small hot tea. Pretty sure it should not have been priced like that. Too many other occasions they have gotten things wrong on my order. Im done here, dont care how convenient it is to my job.
