We came here to celebrate our anniversary with the family. The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish, though it was a bit noisy sitting near the bar area. For appetizers, we started with the **Chilled Jumbo Shrimp** and the **Spinach & Artichoke Dip**. Both were delicious! The shrimp were definitely large and paired perfectly with the cocktail sauce, while the spinach dip tasted incredibly fresh, rich, and went great with the warm tortilla chips. For our entrees, we ordered the **Gulf Coast Style Fish Sandwich**, **Ding's Crispy Chicken Sandwich**, and the **Thai Noodle Salad*

A go-to spot in Orlando (with a small tip for sunset) We had dinner at Hillstone Winter Park and it continues to be one of our favorite spots every time we’re in Orlando. Visited Hillstone on a Monday night with a reservation and got seated right away. We started with the artichoke dip — really good and super comforting. I had the French dip, which I liked a lot, and my partner got the Hawaiian ribeye, which was even better and what I’d order next time. Drinks were great (Woodford Old Fashioned), though the bar glasses felt a little simple for a nicer restaurant. Service was great. The key lime pie is a must.

The only thing better than the food is the service. Hillstone was once Houston’s. They pay homage to the old venue instead Hillstone. Be on the lookout for this tribute. I had the Hawaiian Ribeye and fries. Delicious. Cooked to perfection. The only con for me was that they are a cashless venue. I always prefer to leave a cash tip for the wait staff.
