So, I just moved to this area and this Burger King is close to home. I’ve been here maybe four times but I will never return. The first time, I was in the line with one person in front of me and was there for over 30 minutes just to get a large fry and frozen coke. The staff tried to charge me for honey mustard then but I refused because I’ve been patient and waiting so long, I think I deserve one sauce that cost you$15 a box(probably less). Honestly speaking. Service everywhere is getting bad. I pulled up to the drive thru. The young man took my order while using the phone. He was on FaceTime with his girlfriend. I ordered an asked if they could make it fresh as I know how things get at late night. Goes without saying I asked for flames broiled. I got the opposite. The whopper was cold. This is my 1st time visiting this burger king. My dog and I came in late this evening , all the employees that we encountered were so polite. The food was very hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean and tidy, kudos guys ☺️
