Server said that’s how it’s supposed to come 50% cold foam 50% coffee on a medium cold brew that’s unreal and she wouldn’t make it right after asked. Why was there only half coffee there will not be coming back to this Dunkin 👎🏼

If you don’t have something then update the app but don’t force the customer to get something. Ordered a strawberry sprinkle donut, sorry we are all out but we have everything else. Okay I’ll take a jelly, we are out of that too. Okay I’ll take a refund sorry we can’t do that either. What kind of establishment is this?! Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. I came in quietly because I had my sleeping baby with me and didn’t want to wake him. I placed my order softly, but the employee seemed annoyed by that. When I received my coffee, the lid wasn’t secured properly, and it ended up spilling all over my yellow sweatshirt — completely soaking . I understand everyone has busy days, but that kind of carelessness isn’t okay, especially when I’m just trying to get through my day as a mom with a baby. I hope the staff can be more mindful and considerate in the future.

Got a coffee to go but ended up sitting with my wife for a bit before dropping her off for work. We just had a Dunkin midnight small hot coffee with some milk and sweetener, nothing special. But the staff was friendly and the drink order came out quick. Thank you.
