1/9/2026 Second time trying to upload my review! Literally what the heck is this! I wish I was lying but sadly I’m not. This is absolutely disgusting! I did a small Order on January 9,2026 when I got home I opened my 4 piece and this was inside of it….. I tried calling the location multiple times and nobody answered the phone either. So I drove back to McDonald’s and the guy manager( bigger guy) Had the nerve to say that I was lying. He asked someone to give me a 4 piece and told me to leave. I asked him to check the cameras and he just walked away from me and told me one last time to leave. H

I hope I got this right, I believe her name was spelled Brasa, she was working the drive thru today and helped me inside. I was looking for a specific toy for my baby in the happy meal and she was so nice and quickly helped me! I really appreciate her efforts and kindness, I hope she’s shown some appreciation from you guys. Thank you!

Ordered food for my family on the app, said confirmed, paid, head to drive through. They Can’t find an order we placed from their own app with it right in front of their face. Order number and all. Also very disrespectful and had attitudes from the start before I even talked to them. The suggestion I was given is to cancel the order. They couldn’t just make it for me. Took my business to the bountiful location. I see why they work here.

Best Mcdonalds i have ever been too! The fries did come out cold and stale but they had no problem remaking them for us and they didnt have a bad attitude towards us. My daughter asked if she could get a different toy and they happily let her trade. The play area was clean and they stocked their sanitizing wipes which most mcdonalds dont. Happy with our lunch and will be back to dine again!!
