Ordered my food in June but unfortunately there was a back order on our desired entrees. Because of this, are food came in December. It was very cold upon arrival but we completely understood as it would need to weather the snowy and cold conditions of a New England winter

i love buffalo wild wings but unfortunately this location always disappoints me. Every time I order take out, they mess up the order. I just now got 40 wings with sauce on the side and they did not have the sauce on the side, additionally they only gave me about 5 fries and 3 pieces of carrots. Previous times when I have tried dinning in, I have waited for 15 minutes for someone to sit me and Ive just completely left. Truly a shame how disappointing this location is given that there arent closer ones in the area.

I love BWW and this location is close to my house, but whenever we order take out at least 2 items are missing. Tonight was my daughter’s dinner and our drinks and then we called and it said there was no one there to answer our call. Literally the last 5 times we have had problems. Last time they forgot both of our sides and all our sauces. The time before that was pickup and my husband was inside waiting for 29 minutes before a staff even acknowledged him. He walked to the bar and the bartender said “someone will be with you shortly” and he was still there another 10 minutes. Ive given more

Came in tonight with my family. After ordering our food, it took close to an hour to get our food. This store focused more on takeout orders over the patrons in the actual establishment. Mike, our waiter was very pleasant and took very good care of us!! Next time my family decides on BWW and we're in this area, we will order takeout!!
