I went through the drive thru and probably had the most disrespectful worker there talking to me. He was incredibly mean and very impatient. I ordered 3 drinks and when I went to the window they were all discussing me and laughing at me. All drinks were made incorrectly. avoid this location and drive an extra 2 minutes lol

I was having a great day, I was looking forward to getting Dunkin on my way to work, I had a night shift. I went to Dunkin about 6:47 pm 13 minutes before closing time. As soon as I pulled up, the lady seemed unfriendly and Wasn’t really friendly at the drive-through when I ordered. I simply ordered an iced Matcha latte with cold foam. Which was a medium. And multigrain bagel with butter. Once I pulled up to get my food, I took off and was on my way to work and when I Open the bag with a bagel in it there was no butter on the bagel and inside were two butter packets with a knife. I dont wana be mean, I dont wana be rude but this is my true story. I waited maybe 15 mins for a “sausage egg and cheese”, and a “sausage and cheese” both on croissants. After waiting for a while I was asked are you waiting for food?? ….. What was it?…. We’re out of croissants…. I asked what my options were and went with English muffins and said again sausage egg and cheese… one with egg one without egg. I got it home to a bacon and cheese English muffin and a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. I think it was a mistake to go there. Again, I’m just stating facts and telling my story 🤷🏻‍♂️

I went there and asked for a simple drink, as is . No specifics. Nothing out of the ordinary. After repeating it, the response was a whole different drink. I repeated what I wanted. When I drive up to the window, they asked me again what I wanted to drink because they apparently didn't get it the 1st 4 times. Yet she repeated back to me after the 4th. I also asked for a donut with chocolate spinkles for my child, they gave me the wrong one. (Anyone who has a small child knows how specific they can be) yet, a simple donut.
