I eat here 4 days a week. People leaving 3* reviews and lower must think they’re going to a 5* high end fine dining restaurant on the beach in Malibu if they are leaving these reviews. The team does a great job welcoming people in and you literally choose what you want to eat, so if it is messed up, the customer is in fact not right and messed it up themselves. Prices keep going up but that’s everywhere. Priscilla keeps the lights on in this joint and I’ll continue to come here!

To the girl whoever made my burrito tonight, tall lanky white girl, who also decided to grip it like a football against her personal clothing, I don't think Chipotles for you. This is probably the slowest Chipotle I've ever been in. I go a couple times a month, And there's never anyone in line no matter the time or day. I don't have any complaints about the food but the burrito makers are pretty terrible. More times than not my burrito looks like a softball, And in one particular instance they completely destroyed my burrito and decided to make me a new one and tossed the tortilla with all

I know that people were getting ready for a winter storm on Saturday night, but I ordered to pick up an order on Friday night. We were counting to save the food for two days. My tacos were empty. Barely any rice or any of the options I requested. Of course I noticed after I drove 30 minutes to get home. But darn! If you can't keep the quality that you always deliver, please close and don't get any orders. The chicken tasted superb as usual, but still scarce.
