Paul★Disappointed! Ordered a 24oz drink. Left picture is how it was received. Right picture is the same (no product consumed) but without the ice. You receive, just barely, a 1/3 of the actual product, that you are otherwise charged for as a full cup. And if you request no ice, they proceed to charge an extra $1. True consumer focused organizations provide free refills or have self service so you can add as little or as much ice as you want, for a better experience.
