Wow have not been to Penn Market for sometime now. Love the fresh meats and vegetables there. What happened! Almost turned around, went in the side door and thought it close down. A few benders there I remember when I was a child. It was so jampacked that you had to wait in line and all the boot were open. You can smell the sweet cakes the food that was cooking. Everybody went to the market now it’s starting to look like a ghost market

Michael's Low Country Kitchen and Bakery located inside Penn Market has absolutely delicious food. This was the best pineapple upside down cake I've ever eaten.. From chicken salad, to piping hot crab soup, you have to try Michael 's Low Country Kitchen.

The food there is great, the age of the building on the other hand and seeing mice outside during my visit however was not I am surprised with the area there aren’t roaches especially with the homeless community in the area. I’d return if the building was updated and if I knew I wouldn’t have to worry about mice possibly being in the building.
