We had a large order for our church, and they were so great and easy to work with. Veronica, the assistant manager was so kind and helpful. Valentine, the store manager was also very accommodating and kind. Their patience and kindness reflected through the other employees as well. I would definitely go to them again for another large order. The sandwiches were very good (someone even said it's better than the other popular chicken restaurant that asks people to eat more beef).

DONT LET THESE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS FOOL YOU. I went here about a month ago and had a horrible experience. I decided to give it one more shot last week and had an even worse experience. One staff male was in the back yelling at the other one. Tables and seats were insanely dirty/greasy. And the loud rap rock music made me uncomfortable... Now the food. All my tenders were burnt. Bearly any mass potatoes no sauce packets. Only thing I enjoyed was literally the Biscuit. So 14 for a biscuit is about the worst it gets. DONT GO HERE

I'll start with the food. It was mother's Day my wife decided she wanted fried chicken for mother's Day so I went to KFC and got a bucket of chicken family meal. The chicken was way overcooked and I mean way overcooked dark brown. Not the KFC I know of. There were chicken bones on the floor. The lady who help me and the lady who brought my food where they were great no problems whatsoever. But the chicken was way overcooked. I will probably not go back. I'm too scared my chicken's going to be way overcooked again.

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. The customer service was extremely poor from the moment I walked in. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and I had to wait a long time just to place my order—even though it wasn’t very busy. Overall, this visit did not meet basic expectations for service or quality. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service and cleanliness, because right now, I would not recommend this location.
