Applebee's is a safe bet. The food is safe, the drinks are safe, but their service at this location is what sets them apart and has me coming back. Besides the Blondie, there is nothing really that brings me back here, but it's so chill and the staff is great that I know I'm going to have a great time.

So Disappointed. I love applebees but have not eaten there in forever since my husband ia not a fan. Today, however, was my birthday and I was excited to finally have it. It took 30 mins to get the order to go through because it kept giving me an error, telling me that the time it said it would be finished was too early and it would take longer to prepare the food. Went here with a few friends and had a wonderful meal experience. Food was very presentable and excellent quality. I rated four stars for atmosphere because it can be quite crowded and busy, which creates a very noisy environment, and can causes wait times to be seated. Otherwise an excellent dining experience. We were originally going to Texas Roadhouse, but the wait was too long so we ended up at Applebee’s instead. Glad we did. My mom had been wanting Applebee’s again for over 4 years since the last time I took her in Phoenix. We ordered appetizers and her steak plate, and she loved it. A couple items took a little longer and one order came out wrong, but the staff made it right. They didn’t charge us for the incorrect food, gave us a discount on the bill, and even free dessert without us asking. Great customer service and good food.
