Delish ice cream, its pricey but imo worth it :333. I love the samples and waffle cones its so yummy. Sometimes the employees seem depressed so im gonna blame management.. I mean its ice cream im not expecting Disney land smiles and high pitched voices..

Unfortunately, our experience at Cold Stone in Yuma was really disappointing. The employees came across as rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there or help customers at all. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you’re paying premium prices for ice cream. We felt more like an inconvenience than welcomed guests. Hoping management addresses the attitude and improves the experience for future customers.

My dad I went to cold stone earlier this afternoon here in Yuma Arizona.the guy didn’t make our ice cream’s right.I won’t recommend them to anyone to go to .they need to be retrained or get fired

Horrible customer service. I had been in line for about 5 mins and was next when one of the employees walked in with people she clearly knew. She never even looked at me and started waiting on them when I was clearly next in line. No need to support service like that.
