Ling★★★★★A cosy neighbourhood cafe/restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Had beef bourguignon with rice and a slice of opera cake. Both were good although the cake was a tad bit dry. Service was prompt and they have English menu. The menu features a lot of breakfast options and I would have loved to try their pancakes if I had more time in Tashkent.
