Raspberry Coffee Shop is hands down the best coffee spot in Tashkent! Went there with my wife and we tried two filter brews: RWANDA MARABA and GUATEMALA LA SENDA. Both were great, but LA SENDA really stood out — bold, rich, and perfectly balanced. Easily my top pick. The presentation was on point — thoughtful and stylish. You can tell the person behind the bar truly cares about coffee and pays attention to every detail. Super cozy vibe, great atmosphere — definitely coming back!

The shop is stocked with a selection of single origin beans. There is a limited selection of baked goods, but the real star here is the coffee. Probably the best coffee in Tashkent and generally one of the few places where you can get filter coffee. There sre several types of beans, not many, but all of them are personally selected by owner. Owner and barista is very welcoming and passionate about both coffee and culture, which makes every visit very pleasant even if you are grabbing something takeaway. I really hope that more people will know about this place and allow this small coffee shop to grow.

Aziz and Albert are extremely helpful and are experts in what they do. If you are around the Tashkent City Park area, make sure you come here and check them out.

This is my best coffee experience in central asia. Aziz is a very friendly person and the hospitality that he gave is amazing. Although his english is not so good, he keep trying his best to communicate with me. Moreover, they also served great specialty coffee beans both for espresso and filter. Really reccommend this place because there is limited information to find specialty coffee at tashkent, and the location of the coffee shop is close to the business district as well
