A very neat 24 hour cafe down the alley. It’s pretty big, and Theres especially a lot of room upstairs. I came early at about 6am but I imagine that weekends abd evenings are insane with young people taking social media photos. Service was good enough and the coffee was pretty good. There are a couple cats and the seating is good for studying or working with big tables. I’m not sure where motorbike parking is.

The vibe here is absolutely incredible — if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The atmosphere is vibrant, artsy, and cozy all at once. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, with warm lighting and unique decor that makes the whole place feel alive. Even with a lot of people around, it still feels comfortable and enjoyable. I ordered the matcha tiramisu and the spiral chocolate, and both were great. The matcha tiramisu had a nice balance of sweetness with a rich matcha flavor, while the spiral chocolate was beautifully presented and perfect to pair with coffee. What makes this place even better is that it’s open 24 hours, which makes it such a perfect spot whether you want a daytime coffee break or a late-night hangout. Honestly, this café completely nailed the vibe, the experience, and the desserts. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Saigon.

This place uses dried flowers soaked in some kind of preservation liquid just for display. They also have books that smell absolutely terrible—musty, moldy, and infested with bookworms. The smell is unbearable. Books are everywhere you look—literally everywhere. It's like the final boss of performative, fake aesthetics. Honestly, it's ridiculous. Aside from that, they have a few fish tanks. In each tank, they've crammed over a hundred fish into less than one cubic meter of water. That's genuine animal abuse—no other way to put it. On top of that, they shine bright lights on the fish 24/7. It's cruel and completely unnecessary. There are quite a few photo-worthy spots, so most customers come here just to check in and take pictures. As a result, the crowd is pretty messy and chaotic. We paid 60–70k per drink, and yet we still had to serve ourselves. No staff came to take care of us—we had to order on our own and pick up our own drinks. Honestly, that's just trash service. Saw many youngsters visiting this coffee place and since it was close to my homestay, I gave it a try. As others mentioned, the place is has good "instagram worthy" spots so it is used by youngsters a lot. The atmosphere, is therefore very relaxing but can be hectic due to all the people taking pictures on every corner. The service itself was bad, the cashier took a considerable time with each order while the other staff seemed to be more focus on chit chatting than working and making the guests feel welcome. Ordered a matcha latte which was basic, above average price but didnt have to wait long. Nonetheless, for sure this place is more suited for youngsters wanting to take pictures with a nice background rather than having a coffee experience itself.

Tried Ngam Cafe and honestly the drinks were the highlight for me. We ordered the butter croissant and almond croissant both were just ok, not really my favorite. The drinks though? So good. The corn milk matcha, lychee tea with jelly, and rice milk tea all hit. Would definitely recommend coming here for the drinks alone. The cafe itself has a really cozy vintage vibe, like an old bookstore with lots of books everywhere. Super aesthetic, but it did feel a bit dusty in some areas. Overall still a nice place to chill.
