Exceptional service! I was impressed with how they handled a wrong order at Vida e cosmopolitan mall. I meant to order a lactose free smoothie. I explained to the server and the manager, and they were very patient and understanding and made me a fresh one with my dietary preference. It was very relieving that they responded positively and I didn't get attitude for being open about the mistake. And generally, the employees there are very jovial and create a friendly atmosphere.

Clean, friendly & consistent. My drink order (a double iced espresso with two sugars and a little milk) usually requires a LOT of explanation in Lusaka. But Vida e Caffè actually has my drink on their menu. And it’s a friendly welcoming atmosphere, albeit a little noisy. Please go there so they don’t close!

We specifically asked for all the items we ordered to come out all at once- of course, they didn't. Our sandwiches came out 15minutes before our coffees, actually only 2 out of 3 coffees came out and the 3rd came out 5 min after that.
