The front house staff was absolutely useless! I waited for 25 mins to get my takeaway, whilst other customers who came after me already got served, despite it was obvious that I was in my uniform and on limited break time. She also refused to provide tax invoice receipt, when in the past other staff provided tax invoice receipt with no issues. When I told her I cannot wait any longer, she refunded my money but did not apologise.

No talking from front of desk, all team were on phones while cooking and serving and way too much touching their faces and mouth while preparing my food, disgraceful! Food was terrible, I'm sure ut was stire bought abd supposed to be pan fried but loomed steamed, very bland. At least I know I won't be back@

I ordered from uber eats, the food was not appetising or good at all. The dumplings were so salty, and lacked genuine flavours. The red bean bun was so hard and the paper was stuck to the bun. I could not even get a bite into the bun.
