The place was really busy, but the staff looked to try their best to get the orders out correctly. The chicken and chips were good and fresh. They did not have the slushy I ordered but got it made with a little wait which was great service from the staff. Unfortunately I paid for 4 sauces which I realised was not placed in my bag after I had left the shop I was too far away to go back. Officially my favourite KFC in the whole of Australia. They weren't busy at the time and the staff were amazing in providing customer service. I wanted to be picky and since usually I get dry burgers, I requested just a bit more sauce on the burgers (executed with perfection, wasn't too much or too little) next I requested fresh fries as it complements the meal well, the person taking drive through personally delivered the message to the servers right after I paid. I had a great experience at KFC on Neve Road. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. A special mention to Alyssa, who was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with my order. It’s clear she cares about both the customers and her team. Didn't get anything I ordered. Young lads mucking around. How you can mess up 1 crispy chicken burger and 3 chicken tender with sweet and sour sauce. Ended up with 3 chicken gross chips bun and potato and gravey. Instead of 3 tenders got 6 nuggets. Not going back.
