Quarterdeck is a scenic place to dine, but the food is subpar, the value for money is non-existent, and the portion sizes are quite average. I ordered the wagyu beef burger, which was $28, and it came with chips. The burger was quite small and the chips were cold even though the food had just come out. The burger patty was nice though, but the burger tasted like an elevated McDonald's one. I came with a group and it looked like the steak was the most well-regarded menu item. The seafood platter is absolutely not worth it. It's mostly vegetables and two hungry people could finish it easily. The

The Ville is one of the quintessential venues Townsville has to offer and delivers on so many elements, especially on its atmosphere and presentation. Located at The Ville in Townsville, Quarterdeck is a cool spot for food and drinks. The restaurant is on the first floor of the hotel and you order the food at the counter. You have to find your own seating so depending on the time, the place gets pretty crowded. We got there around happy hour and it was very busy. However, the overall experience was nice. The restaurant service was friendly and professional, the food was good and the view of the hotel was beautiful. On the menu, there were vegan, vegetarian, dairy and gluten-free options. At the Villa Casino ground floor with water views. I went on a Saturday night when a Cowboys football match was on when they do half price pizza for the match. Is big and spacious easy to talk with people. Was my favorite pizza I’ve had in Townsville toppings were great chicken and prosciutto and the base was delicious. Has barcodes at the tables or you order and collect at the front with a buzzer.
