We left Salzburg early on a rainy morning. We had a long day of driving ahead of us, through the Wachau Valley to Vienna. Vienna, the capital of Austria, has a rich history and is famous for its historical, cultural significance and architectural heritage. Tonight we fine dined at the beautiful Lucullus Restaurant, the food we had was the best in this European trip.

I would come back here just for the atmosphere- so many plants and covered spaces it feels so cozy and intimate, just splendid! We came here to meet up just for a drink and a bite. It gets super busy especially in the evenings so you definitely want to get a reservation. I tried a Strawberry Spritz which actually had a scoop of strawberry sorbet in the glass- was definitely a first for me but it was so good! So refreshing with a little bit of sweet and tart from the sorbet so it felt like a dessert and a drink all in one.

This place is magical sitting outside and the food is absolutely incredible! Best we've had in Vienna and many other places. The dishes are thought out to perfection and the staff is great at making suggestions. Local wines makes a complete circle. In one week, we've been here twice... and maybe not the last!

Wonderful experience! The service was very good / kind and the atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing. Cute lighting / decorations led to a great ambiance! I had the burrata and peach salad and the fried chicken. Both dishes were delicious. Peaches were incredibly fresh and the chicken was juicy with an amazing crisp. Highly recommend this restaurant.
