An outstanding dining experience in the heart of Brussels. We had the Flemish carbonnade, mussels in white wine, and local Belgian beers, everything was absolutely delicious. The carbonnade was rich, tender, and full of deep flavor, while the fries were perfectly crispy and fresh. The mussels were very good as well, cooked beautifully and served with a white wine broth. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and authentic, exactly what you hope for in a classic Belgian brasserie.
