Great! Great! Great! As per the other stands, you can order from the table and just wait to be called when it’s ready. But… if you order the pearls (do it do it!) you get the show: we had Vincent Denis that brought the dessert to the table and served it in a spectacular way (see the video) The pearls were all excellent we tried the coconut ones, banana and caramel. But my preferred were the ones with mango and passion fruit covered with white chocolate on a banana crumble.

An exquisite experience, definitely unexpected. Was very tasty and full of flavour. The chocolate doughnut was filled with a mouse and chocolate base, the chocolate waffle was one of the nicest in Brussels, full of flavour and different textures to explore. The creamy balls had a surprise in them and were delicious and fresh.
