But… if you order the pearls (do it do it!) you get the show: we had Vincent Denis that brought the dessert to the table and served it in a spectacular way (see the video) The pearls were all excellent we tried the coconut ones, banana and caramel. But my preferred were the ones with mango and passion fruit covered with white chocolate on a banana crumble.
