Et Alors was a great. It was very nice to enjoy breakfast outside and enjoy the view of the city and river. I had the Arnaud for breakfast and if was beautifully presented tasted just as it looked. Wonderful unique flavors in every bite. The service was very good as well. Certainly recommend for a nice brunch while in Gent.

Location was fine but the service was too slow. And the options are not enough. The bread with mushroom was tasty but I didn’t like that much the waffle. Even if the foods I ate was fine, I wouldn’t choose to go there again.

The cafe is styled in a very nice way with lots of natural light. Perfect spot for coffee break or a brunch. The staff were friendly, attentive and the service was fast :) The hot chocolate was the star of the show ~ WoW!! Tasty and chocolaty whilst remaining light, leaving room to eat!! We ate the bbq scrambled eggs on pancakes. It was ok although it was completely covered in bbq sauce which unfortunately is all I could taste in the end. I would have liked much less of the sauce or have it on the side. Looking at all the plates going by I regretted going for the savory option as all of the
