First time here and tried a variety of items. I tried: 1. Soft Kunafa — it was fresh and the taste was good. However the price is quite high for what it is 2. Dubai chocolate sundae — the soft serve was delicious and the portion size is big. I would recommend a little less chocolate paste as it was more chocolate paste than ice cream 3. Assorted baklavas and pastries — I liked these the least. I think the filling is too nutty. I guess I am more familiar with Crown Pastries , which I definitely prefer their pastries over Kunafas. However I acknowledge they are different cultures and thus differ

We recently tried Kunafa’s in Ajax for takeout and got a mix of their baklava desserts, including baklava cups, cashew baklava roll, cashew baklava, pistachio baklava, and Lotus (Biscoff) baklava. Initially, it was a pretty good experience. The Lotus and Pistachio baklavas stood out for their flavor, while the baklava cups were okay, loaded with dry fruits but not exceptional. Viral Dubai Chocolate bar was pretty good as well. The cashew baklava roll, however, was disappointing and seemed bland, stale and tasteless. I was actually writing a positive review while eating the pistachio baklava

I’ve tried their desserts and they honestly don’t disappoint .everything tastes fresh, rich, and well made Tried the mango kunafa yesterday… it was good/ okay, but not really my favorite. I’d still pick their other desserts over this one! Still a solid spot for dessert lovers .

Kunafa was absolutely bompin when I visited, but Shahd handled it like a star. Even with the rush, she kept a warm smile for everyone she served. She was absolutely lovely — warm, patient, and genuinely helpful. I was choosing desserts for a function, and she guided me through the options and helped me pick the perfect one. Everyone loved it. Her service made the whole visit feel special. Thank you, Shahd, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. PS - you must try the Lotus sheet pan cake and the milk cake, incredibly delicious.
