Not a single order goes right every time it's a fight. As a non sausage eater today is the 3rd time they gave me sausage egg wrap. I will pursue corporate. Done with these people. I confirmed 5 times and said no to sausage 2 times.

I just wanted to leave a review for Kat and Mae at Tim Hortons because they genuinely made my day better. Kat was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind the entire time, even with a lineup of people waiting. She went out of her way to help me save money by reminding me about the Tim Hortons offers in the app, and thanks to her I was able to use the 50% off deal for two Iced Capps. She also reminded me to use my Tim’s Rewards points, which honestly showed how much she cares about customers instead of just rushing people through. Both Kat and Mae were so friendly and welcoming the whole time.

This is drive thru, but always good. The surrounding is surprisingly clean of clutters and snow. Quick and easy pretty breeze place to have a quick drive thru hungry fulfillment event.

Woman over the speaker was kind enough but did not speak clearly, even at the window. Nearly forgot to give us the water we ordered. Did not give me a receipt and just closed the window after I paid. Upon opening the bag we realized they also did not include the hashbrowns we ordered. But we can’t go back because we don’t have the receipt. Unfortunately it will be a while before I try this Timmie’s again. Very disappointed.
