I’m a regular customer at this Tim Hortons, but their service is consistently terrible. They can’t even make the coffee right, and if I tell them it’s not how I want it, they act like I asked for something precious. They’re supposed to be working and making things right the first time. Why should I have to come back to get my order corrected? If I ask them to fix it, they roll their eyes. I’m paying for the coffee, and you’re getting paid to serve customers. I have been ordering from this for a year and for the last two months it has been going downhill , I ordered a iced coffee last week and told them less ice , but swear to god they filled the coffee from top to bottom and I had to come back to change the coffee again, yesterday the same thing happened when I ordered it , I took less than ten sips and it was done . The customer service is the worst , doesn’t know how to talk to a customer , I have worked at Tim’s when I was a teen and I have been on the other side .
