I've been a loyal customer for years, but my faith in Tim Horton has been shattered. Thier locations are now infested with greedy personnel who secretly charge extra fees and refuse to provide receipts. It's a blatant scheme to overcharge unsuspecting customers and avoid accountability.

i tend to come often, but am starting to think i should stop. I like to get a bagel.. but i’ve learnt with tim hortons over the years you need to ask for extra cream cheese in order for it to look normal. A few weeks ago i received garlic and herb which wasn’t my order. Today i received barely any cream cheese. :( pretty disappointed this keeps happening as I order it with “Extra cream cheese”
