The dining area is kept reasonably clean, and drive‑thru moves faster than expected for this neighbourhood. Coffee is consistent, and food quality matches what you expect from Tims. A reliable stop if you’re in the Plateau area and need something quick.

There were two African girls first ignored me after I showed to good to go after long waiting and reshow my order they start my process the girl asked what you want I explained that it should be your decision based on what remains most and should be variety and quantity based on description but another staff rudely interrupted me that is not of your business… then the girl gives me few items exactly the same . I was so embarrassed and I’m 9 months pregnant and they keep me waiting…. Sorry but please train your staff that we are not homeless or it’s not free it’s all about avoid wasting food if

Often, more times than not, I have to ask to have my coffee remade. Either it is not hot enough, or too bitter... a couple of times, I asked for a refund... as by the third time asking for a fresh cup, I was disappointed.
