Hudson Public was good overall. I ordered the Classic burger, which came to around $15, which is more than fair for what you get. It was exactly what you’d expect from solid pub food. The burger wasn’t too greasy, which I liked, and the flavour was good. My only complaint was that it came out warm instead of hot, almost bordering on lukewarm. The venue itself was clean and had a good atmosphere. Other than that, the meal was enjoyable and I’d still go back.

My hubby and I took our little dancer to Hudson Public while on her break from a competition at the Sanderson. We got the Philly Cheese Steak, Big Dill, and the Bigger Mac (hubby got eating before I could sneak a pic). We've always wanted to try the place but we are from the other end of the city and don't venture too far from home. Not from around here but ended up stopping by this restaurant. Ordered a poutine with buffalo chicken, not too bad... but when I ordered a pint of Guinness, they put this pretty dope stamp of a dragon. This right here made my experience 100x better. Not to mention our server, Kaylee.. was accommodating and super awesome. Would recommend and come here again!

Great place. We stopped in here for a few pints and a bite to eat. Lots of free street parking close by. We were seated right away without a reservation. All the staff members were extremely friendly and attentive. They had a great selection of beers on tap. We got the nachos and they were delicious. Well worth checking out if in the area.
