Tim’s is Tim’s: you know what you’re getting with the food and drink. But the service at this location really stood out to me. I spent a few hours at this location today (between 10am-12pm), and every interaction I witnessed between employees, and with their customers, was handled with care. The tables were all wiped clean shortly after customers left. I interacted with a few of the employees, and they were really kind and attentive. Im a regular customer, I also use to work for Tim Hortons in my younger years, so I know protocol and how things run. In this day in age, I have typically lost hope in many locations ive visited, but this location is great! Never ever go to this Tim hortons . There is a lady working nights shifts she is really rude and racist. I saw her speaking good to others but not me , same happened a few days back . My friend changed his order last time and she was rude and said are you freaking serious with me right now. This time I went I asked for a quencher and honey tea biscuit. She said it very rudely we don’t have it and started staring me in such a way that I could not decide what to buy .
