Well it says - it’s open 24 hours but it does not seem like that or employees just does not wanna work. We were in the drive thru around 1 am nobody took our order but we did notice there were atleast two person who was working inside. If you guys are closed at night or not taking orders you should update your timing on google/google map and stop wasting customers time. We waited atleast for 5 mins thinking they might busy or doing something. There is no close sign outside in the drive thru.

I had wonderful experience. There was an assistant manager named Jashan, she was so polite and took my order even she suggested me something better too. She made my order so well. I had a bowl and it was never so filled with everything. I ordered so many times from another locations but this time my bowl was fully loaded. Thank you😘

Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers. Bro I have never went to a Tims that’s so incompetent on my life. Each time I go there, the workers get my orders wrong. I got a cookies and cream ice capp and was charged for that price and they gave me the OG one. They even messed up the order of the guy who was before me. When I’d order the caramel ice capp, they just pump the littlest cream compared to the other locations and when I ask for more, they charge me for more. It’s honestly ridiculous, and it definitely wasn’t like this a few years back. They’re just insanely lazy. Please hire actual workers that are willing to do the job and ca
