We ordered the Gluten Free Holy Mackerel roll, Beachy Vibes, miso soup, and seaweed salad. Hands down, the best tasting GF sushi we’ve had in a while. Mackerel had a nice smokey flavor and was nicely paired with Ponzu sauce - what a unique flavor 😋 the Beachy Vibes roll was also unique - with tuna and salmon and shredded coconut. They nailed the flavors. Miso soup was really tasty and I’m so glad it was GF. They were really cautious about my dietary restrictions (celiac) and took extra care to prepare the food. The owners My and Jared created a visually stunning and delicious sushi/sashimi board that is more unique and flavourful than your typical sushi restaurant. My guests and I enjoyed every single bite!
