Mackerel had a nice smokey flavor and was nicely paired with Ponzu sauce - what a unique flavor 😋 the Beachy Vibes roll was also unique - with tuna and salmon and shredded coconut. They nailed the flavors. Miso soup was really tasty and I’m so glad it was GF. They were really cautious about my dietary restrictions (celiac) and took extra care to prepare the food.
