This Tim Hortons is a complete waste of time. They don't see any cold drinks and the drive thru is painful slow. It's the only option before getting in to be the Champlain Bridge and is a total waste of time. It's been like this for years and today it ruined my day. Not enough staff. The poor employee is handling the counter and the drive thru. Bad management.

I usually don’t expect much from Tim’s because they always mess up my orders but i was pleasantly surprised this morning when i tried this Tim location, everything on my order was fresh and perfect. Rare occasion but wanted to mention it! Thanks!

Wanted espresso in my French vanilla took two and paid. Waited a while for them to tell me the machine for espresso stopped working, they only could do one . They gave me one of the two that actually didn’t have any espresso in it and gave me 1$ and 20 cents to refund the second one. I paid 9,40$ for the order. Make it make sense. Never coming back here for the lack of professionalism. I understand machines can have problems, but at least give me my refund and don’t look at me like I’m stupid for asking why you gave me 1,20$

Horrible service. Rude and uninterested staff. A worker my mom often sees (and very much so dislikes) served me today. I went inside and he was taking a mans order, he paid and moved to the side, I moved up and he had already taken his phone out and started texting. He made me wait at least 15 seconds and he slowly put his phone in his front pocket and looked up with a straight face waiting for me to tell him what I would like. No greeting or smile NOTHING. Ps the coffee also has a weird taste as if the machines haven’t been cleaned in a HOT minute.
