I think this is one of the best Tim Hortans in Abbotsford and Chilliwack and Surrey. I've been to this place many times and they've never messed up my order. The staff is friendly and they talk clear and loud unlike many other Tim hortans. Message to Owner/Manager- Great job with training the staff. You have good team. Keep it up.

I went through the drive thru and they messed up my food and refused to remake it for me unless I gave them the food they made a mistake on to throw it out because of “policy”. This is ridiculous, I’ve been stopping at Tim Hortons in the area multiple times a week for the past year (this is my first time at this one). And every time a mistake is made I’m not even questioned and it’s replaced and NEVER have I been asked to give the food back, and yet at THIS ONE they made me explain the mistake in the drive through speaker twice, and then AGAIN at the window like I didn’t just explain it twice
