I made a late-night purchase at a store and should’ve checked the bag before leaving. I bought two burnt apple fritters and a dozen burnt smile face cookies. The following day, I called and spoke to a woman who claimed to be the supervisor who apologized profusely, told me to throw away the items, and offered a refund or replacement. I chose the replacement and provided my name, phone number, and return date. On the return date, I was met with insulting staff who claimed they had no supervisor and that their manager was on vacation. They ignored my complaint. I won’t return and advise others

Seems every Tim Horton's lacks different things at every location. One time the coffee is decent, other times not. Same for their availability of food items. They are all hit and miss it seems. And the service is often the same, can't say I can remember one that was good, maybe once, but for the rest, not so much. They are more a convenience of location over the taste of beverage and food.
