As soon as I saw griot poutine on the menu, I knew I had to try this place! Loved how cozy and intimate Piklìz is. The servers are also amazing and gave us some great recommendations. Some of our standout faves were the kabrit and the griot poutine. The diri djon djon is also a must!! Definitely check this place out if you’re interested in trying Haitian cuisine and are in the Montreal area.

It took me wayyyy too long to try this place. The ambiance, music, and staff were all amazing, such a great vibe from the moment you walk in. You have to get the Accras appetizer. Absolute must-order. For my main, I did a create-your-own combo with goat, djon djon rice, and salad, no regrets. Everything was packed with flavor. Will definitely be back.

Love this little hole in the wall type of place. It’s small, so I would maybe call to make a reservation if you’re a big group. Food was quite tasty, flavourful and had the right amount of kick to it. Lots to choose from the menu, and all seemed good. They had a nice variety of drinks, but the Ti-Punch was delicious. Very sweet if you’re into sweet drinks but def strong and made with love. There was nice music playing, it was loud for a small little place but it was good vibes honestly. And the service was quick and excellent. I definitely recommend this place and would go back any time.

Went there for lunch on a Friday and it was quite quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was small and intimate and we ordered a Malta Creole, a ceviche, the chicken wings, some taco-like dish and a special Haitian version of Mac & cheese. Everything tasted delicious and we were pleasantly surprised.
