Very disappointing experience. I am a vegetarian and clearly ordered paneer tikka masala over the phone. Despite this, the restaurant sent chicken tikka instead. My partner and I only realized the mistake after taking a bite. When we called the restaurant to inform them, we were told it was not their fault and that it was the kitchen staff’s fault. Went for dinner with 3 friends on a Friday night - was not busy at all. Atmosphere: dim lighting, low music so you can talk, comfortable and nice decor. If you’re planning to celebrate a special occasion, I would strongly suggest reconsidering this place. We had an 8:00 PM reservation made in advance, yet upon arrival they were unable to locate it in their system. There was no proper acknowledgment or apology, and the service felt dismissive from the start. I understand it was Valentine’s Day and restaurants can be busy, but the delays were excessive. The service was too slow, ordered 4dishes. 1st dish arrived 35mins after. Waited another 30mins got another dish. On top food was cold. Amazing ambiance. It was valentines day understandable it was busy but could’ve prepared better for the day and had extra staff. Food was not really really great. We order pani puri took more than hour to prepare 🫡
