The evening unfolded seamlessly, each course had its own personality and rich layered flavours. The chocolate decadence dessert ended the evening on a high note. The service throughout was professional, attentive and warm. The pacing allowed each course to be appreciated without feeling rushed. Highly recommend. Particularly liked the Crispy prawn and Mango salsa symphony ( no pic available-ate it too quickly) The Japanese garden salad was extremely delicious with its miso- ponzu vinaigrette. The steak was cooked to perfection on ciabatta bread and served with crispy potatoes.
