The evening unfolded seamlessly, each course had its own personality and rich layered flavours. The chocolate decadence dessert ended the evening on a high note. Particularly liked the Crispy prawn and Mango salsa symphony ( no pic available-ate it too quickly) The Japanese garden salad was extremely delicious with its miso- ponzu vinaigrette.
