We're glad we stopped here for a meal. It was our first time experience a Normandin and the only disappointing thing was that I had ordered a appetizer ceaser salad ($6.99) I even pointed to it. but got charged for a full size chicken caesar ($21.99). Food tasted good and it has a clean, nicely lit atmosphere.

Been at a couple of locations and the food is always very good. Service in general is good and you don't wait for a table. The atmosphere is modern and friendly. If you're in a wheelchair, you'll need someone to open the door for you as the main entrance doesn't have automatic doors. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance off the patio with with the powered door but it was covered with snow this morning and I don't think a wheelchair would have found it easy to get through.

There was some isdue with a fridges pump and it was very loud. 2 other cluent complained. I ordered the chicken sandwich and part of my chicken was raw. It took them 17 minutes to cook another one. I was 9n my lunch break so I was not able to eat my lunch. When I told the waitress to make sure they were to have no cucumbers she rolled her eyes at me..

The service was fantastic. She knew to serve us in english just by hearing us talk when we were walking in, gave us an english menu. We ordered spaghetti and pizza it was nothing super special about the spaghetti and pizza was decent, thin crust not super greasy. Was a little to thin for my liking but portions were fair for the price.
