It was our first time experience a Normandin and the only disappointing thing was that I had ordered a appetizer ceaser salad ($6.99) I even pointed to it. but got charged for a full size chicken caesar ($21.99). Food tasted good and it has a clean, nicely lit atmosphere.
Larry Levesque★★★★Been at a couple of locations and the food is always very good. Service in general is good and you don't wait for a table. The atmosphere is modern and friendly. If you're in a wheelchair, you'll need someone to open the door for you as the main entrance doesn't have automatic doors. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance off the patio with with the powered door but it was covered with snow this morning and I don't think a wheelchair would have found it easy to get through.

It took them 17 minutes to cook another one. I was 9n my lunch break so I was not able to eat my lunch. We ordered spaghetti and pizza it was nothing super special about the spaghetti and pizza was decent, thin crust not super greasy. Was a little to thin for my liking but portions were fair for the price.
