Great chilli, fresh Timbits and pumpkin spruce muffin. Best Tim’s Vanilla iced latte my fiancé has had in years! Jackson took our order and he did exceptionally well with a busy storefront. Other customers were rude and hard on Jackson for not having support, nagging other employees to help when they were working separate roles.

Didnt allowed to use the washroom even though i came to buy donuts from the shop and the two girls who was available on the shop for duty on february 2nd 2026 at 09:40 pm didnt showed any sort of respect to customers. I was there 18 min before the dine in closing time and still didnt allowed me to use the washroom. Im a person whose job is driving and have few options like tims for grabbing a coffee and using washroom. Really dissapointed about it today and wont be choosing this tim hortans in london from now on. Also, please ask those two lady staffs to be somemore respectfull to their custom

Bought food almost worth of $40 nothing was right. None of the drinks had syrup. All the blueberry timbits are not glazed. Croissant with a big blob of butter on one side, not at all spreaded. Very poor quality food, this was upsetting. Do not recommend this place at all!

[Feb 22, 2026 2PM+] You could not ask for better staff for a Tim Hortons. Fast, friendly and wholesome smiles. It was rewarding to see wholesome faces working hard as a team- you can tell the chemistry compounds. Please acknowledge those who were in on this day as they rekindled my appreciations for this establishment.
