It’s such a cozy Tim Hortons!! :) I ordered on my phone, walked in, sat down the chair and was waiting. Then a lady stuff called out, “Your order will be ready soon!” This is the first time I’ve been to such a welcoming Tim Hortons. I’d love to go back SOON!!! My only concern is that there are a lot of homeless people in the area...

I have a strong emotional connection with this Tim Hortons because it is very close to our home. We spend hours there, chatting and sharing memories, and even now, I always make time to visit and reminisce about those wonderful days. I would say the French vanilla they serve is the best in London so far. A big shoutout to whoever is making it! Additionally, Ms. Debbie’s ability to remember us is a wonderful touch. The staff there are kind and professional. Although the store has undergone some interior modifications recently and has limited seating, they haven’t compromised on quality. Keep up

Unfortunately I had very bad experience here. I was given a dirty look the second I entered the establishment and the cashier (I believe her name was Janessa) was yelling at a customer about what he wanted in his coffee when there was clearly a language barrier. Our drinks were also made incorrectly. The atmosphere here was just very negative and when we were ordering we were getting not so nice faces made at us giving a “hurry up already” vibe. I do not recommend this location
