We came in at 12 on a Monday (so there was barely anybody there) and the woman in the front who took our order could not have been any less irritated. I would understand if we had come during the busiest hour but the store was almost completely deserted. We had ordered a Diet Coke and a fry. We had received a fry and a root beer. When I had kindly asked to give me the correct drink she had given me a dirty look and tried to gaslight into believe if I had ordered a root beer. I have diabetes, I would’ve never ordered that. Overall horrible service and the fries had no salt.

I asked for a Chipotle sauce extra, they charge me 2$ for half filled cup.. Every other A&W serve you a cup at least 3/4 full. What a rip-off!!

Amazing experience at A&W! The customer service was absolutely perfect—friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The restaurant was extremely clean and well maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared perfectly. You can really taste the quality. Burgers were well assembled but the fries were cold, the onion rings were a pile of broken fried batter and on a sunday evening, there’s no more soft drinks options other than root beer and iced tea. Do better.
