This is a modern and beautifully designed coffee shop with a very welcoming atmosphere. The cashier was especially warm, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My favorite drink here is definitely their hot chocolate — it’s rich, smooth, comforting, and one of the better ones I’ve had at a café. The shop itself feels cozy yet stylish, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. We ordered the iced-pandan seasonal drink and it tasted nothing like pandan. It was extremely sweet and tasted nothing like it. We informed the barista that it doesn’t taste like it and had requested for a replacement drink but refused. She offered to add some more milk but that didn’t make it any better. Poor customer service and service in general. Would not be returning to this Blenz coffee for anything.

Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience at the Blendz store in Metropolis at Metrotown today. At around 6:00 PM on July 1 (Canada Day), I ordered a Peanut Chocolate Banana Protein Shake and specifically requested that it be made thick. I regularly order this same shake prepared this way from Blendz, so I know what to expect. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I clearly ordered an iced matcha latte, but the middle-aged man at the counter ordered it hot. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of correcting it professionally, he told me I should have checked the order on the monitor myself. It is completely unreasonable to expect customers to go out of their way to double-check the cashier’s input.
