I visited this location today around 3:45pm and had one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I have ever had at a coffee shop. I ordered a four-shot iced Americano, and less than 30 seconds after placing my order, the drink was handed to me. Having worked as a barista for four years, I was surprised because I had not heard any espresso being pulled or the machine operating. I politely asked whether the drink was indeed an Americano, and the barista confirmed that it was. So I needed to reply some whatsapp messages, my Rogers has no connection inside the coffee shop, I can only connect their WiFi, the WiFi is terrible, keep disconnecting, even it connected, the speed is like 56k dial up(sent a 100kb photo took 15 seconds), then the WiFi is gone, completely disconnected, so I have to trash the coffee and go to Starbucks, problem solved! The problem has been years since I first visited in 2023, it’s 2026, I can’t imaging such a simple problem they keep ignoring for years, if you’s using Rogers and need an internet connection at a coffee, avoid this store.

First time to visit this location , very impressive about atmosphere here, warm and busy, individual area suitable for people working or small group gathering. Decorating inside store is nice, there is huge customers flow, employees are busy all the time, my friend ordered a coffee without caffeine is tasty good. You still can smell the coffee taste. The sandwich is fresh and good taste. Really Worthy to stop and have a coffee or drink here. I love this location.
